*At judgement day, you are asked, "what did you do with the gift of life given u?" what would be your answer? Did you maximise your potential? Did you multiply your talents?
*Our politicians (Ghana) behave just like bickering compound house women tenants! Bandying about slander and casting insinuations. How can GROWN men, instead of taking responsibilities for their actions make excuses that someone else did it first and got away with it, so they shouldn't be questioned if they do same? So childish! When will the so called leaders of our country GROW UP!!! Be men for Christ's sake!
*You are a better person when u follow the precepts and principles of Christ...
*When YOu hunger for Christ you desire more OF him rather than FROM Him!
* You can NEVER pull a fast one on God. For you to think you can, in itself is a sin. Repent!
* Often times we busy ourselves with relatively unimportant and inconsequential activities and end up missing spending time with and on the things and people that matter most INCLUDING God! We all have 24 hours a day, certain people don't have more hours a day than others. Prioritize the things and people in your life and FIND/MAKE time for them. Neglect has led to dire short falls in many people's lives. It doesn't come automatically, you have to make a conscious effort to MAKE TIME.
* Some of the things that glitter are actually ONLY yellow foil and nothing more. So NEVER judge a person by their appearance because you just might find out that the shiny ones are actually mere counterfeits of the real deal and the non-bling-bling ones are simply unprocessed gold...
* I know all the happenings in present day world were prophesied time immemorial, but it still breaks my heart to see the path on which the world is treading! Satanism of the highest order via music and film.
Can u NOT see? Satan's agenda is being propagated through indoctrinating and brainwashing especially through music and films and the saved sit, swallow and partake in the gradual demise of the race. Arise! Smell the agenda! Even Jesus recognised the power of arts (parables) and yet modern day children of God and Church leaders FEEL too spiritual to use the medium, they have left it in the hands of Hell's ambassadors... smh.
Please wake up and get up and doing! Time is running out. Don't be caught unaware, you are the custodian of the souls of family and friends, get busy.
Remember... Wise and discerning as serpents AND gentle as doves.
* Often times we delude ourselves into thinking we are actually doing right by God when in actual fact we merely ACT out our part of the relationship. We go through the day THINKING about talking to God (praying) when in actual practice we simply leave it at that. Worse we talk about God or we talk about thanking Him but in fact we don't TALK to Him!
Imagine your boyfriend/girlfriend or Husband/wife or mother/father doesn't talk to you all day. They talk about talking to you, they may even post on FACEBOOK how happy and blessed they are to have you and how grateful and appreciative they are of all you do for them. If they DO NOT actually call YOU and tell you or make space to look you up, how would u feel? what would u think about their "supposed" love for you?
Same principle applies to your MOST important relationship... Please talk to Him and not only ABOUT Him.... Both are pleasing to God. :-)
* Time with God is just like charging your cell phone or laptop battery. Else you'd end up running around on "low battery". Worse, "pc on hibernation, please charge".
* Only 438,034 Ghanaians pay their water bills?! (How come for this there is supporting data?) That's Less than half a million people? A minuscule 1.75%!! What do the remaining 98.25% defaulting hope to achieve? sad...
However, you can't blame some. Most people (including urban and city dwellers, go figure) do not see water through their taps for aeons. That's enough motivation to NOT pay up. Hence the vicious cycle of non-service/non-payment continues.
And by the way how many of the 25 million Ghanaians ACTUALLY have access to OR are connected to the national treated water grid? makes u wonder doesnt it?
The way forward?
* An ear to listen and someone in your corner is sometimes all it takes to make a difference.
* When we say, "God has been faithful" what do we Actually mean? Is it another of the "chrife" jargons? i.e. trying to sound chrife Or are we privy to some revelation about faithful acts of God?
Think about it.
Don't just keep up appearances (the chrife, ojachious appearance) taste and see for yourself.
* Everyone looks out for themselves. There are VERY FEW real altruistic/ selfless people out there. Do the God thing: Love God, Love yourself so you can love others the way God and you love YOU.
* How come foreigners come to Africa to DEFEND our resources whilst the locals (who mind u ARE the custodians and owners of these resources) watch nonchalantly?
Can we simply not BE responsible for our possessions, and properties?
